General Clinic Questions
We offer a full range of psychiatric services, including treatment for anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. In addition, we offer comprehensive autism evaluations, ADHD evaluations, non-stimulant ADHD medication management, psychotherapy, second-opinion consultations, and executive function coaching.
We accept patients ages 12 years old and up seeking care medication management and virtual comprehensive autism assessments. Protocol varies for minors, please note a parent or guardian must be present for these appointments.
Patients appropriate for virtual only care are accepted into our service. For example, patients with active suicidal or homicidal intent, history of self-harm, psychosis, significant substance use, severe eating disorders or a history of repeated attempts of suicide may not be appropriate for virtual only treatment. Our physicians will use their clinical judgement to decide if a patient can be accepted to our service or if they require a higher level of care. Patients with repeated psychiatric care hospitalizations would not be appropriate for this setting. Further we do not prescribe controlled substances at all locations. Lastly patients are expected to be respectful and courteous to office staff at all times. We provide an exceptional service and are only able to do so with the help of our support staff.
At this time we do NOT accept any insurance. Payment must be made in advanced to secure your appointment. Upon request we may provide a superbill or receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that any reimbursement will be provided. Super bills are processed on a monthly basis and so there may be a wait for yours. Lastly, we do not issue any refunds or credits. Our services are for the physician time and evaluation only. We do not guarantee any diagnosis, prescription or documentation.
On occasion, sliding scale appointments are offered. The same service is provided at a reduced price. Appointments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and payment is required to secure the session.
