Psychometrist
Part-time and full-time telehealth positions available. Positions are available nationwide. Immediate opportunities currently exist in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia, New Hampshire, Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, and Colorado. Candidates should have experience administering neuropsychological assessments to support diagnostic evaluations for autism, ADHD, and related cognitive or mental health conditions. Additional training specific to our patient population and testing protocols will be provided. Generous compensation.
Child and Adolescent Physician
Part-time and full-time positions available. Telehealth and hybrid roles depending on location. Positions are available nationwide. Immediate opportunities currently exist in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia, New Hampshire, Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Colorado, and Hawaii (telehealth). Applicants must hold an MD or DO. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in one or more states is required. Experience with neurodiversity-informed care, including autism and ADHD, is valued. Training in our care model is provided upon hiring. Practice is focused on supporting mild mood disorders, anxiety, and related conditions. The practice does not treat psychosis and does not prescribe controlled substances. Highly competitive compensation.

General Physician

Developmental Pediatrician

Senior Vice President of Business Development

This leadership role focuses on high-level strategic partnerships, major revenue initiatives, and expansion opportunities across the organization. Responsibilities include negotiating major partnerships, building national referral networks, and leading large-scale business development strategy. Candidates should be experienced, high-performing business development professionals with strong negotiation and revenue growth experience. Premium compensation.
Research Associate
Part-time and full-time positions available. Telehealth roles. Positions are open to individuals with strong research interest including medical students, pre-medical students, interns, residents, or fellows. This role focuses on research related to neurodiversity, including gender differences in diagnosis, systemic bias in the medical system, under-recognition of autism in women, and the misdiagnosis of neurodiverse individuals with conditions such as bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder. Additional areas of interest include the impact of systemic misogyny and racism within medical diagnosis, perimenopausal gender bias in neurodiverse populations, and evidence-based treatment approaches for ADHD and autism. Research Director

This leadership position oversees research initiatives focused on neurodiversity, gender differences in diagnosis, systemic bias within the medical system, and improving diagnostic accuracy for autism and ADHD across diverse populations. The role includes developing research programs, leading collaborative projects, supervising research staff, and publishing work that advances understanding of neurodiversity, gender bias in diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment approaches. Executive Function Coach
